Kriss. Kriss. Kriss. Kriss. Hey, Kriss! A finger kept poking her shoulder, one she was studiously ignoring. Not that it was working. Back was turned toward the instigator, arms folded over her chest. Ryan was seriously getting on her nerves. And he knew it too. He knew her too well. Finally, she couldn't ignore him any longer. Whipping around, she smacked him on the arm. Is there any way to get you to leave me alone? She was glaring up at him, though he knew her humor. She was only joking with him. He grinned down at her, replying, Nope! What I was trying to ask you was if that thing we were going to do was still on this weekend. He looked down expectantly at her, waiting for a response. A broad grin crossed her features, and she punched him in the shoulder. Of course it is! Do you have any idea how funny this is going to be? It wasn't often that she looked up to someone. Well, she looked up to some of her guy friends who were over six feet, her being only five inches off that herself. Blue-green hazel eyes were open wide, and sparked as she thought of the prank she and Ryan were going to pull on Saturday. It was going to be the most amazing thing in the world. All they needed was to get the stuff together and go. Oh, and make sure she had enough batteries for her camera. She would die if she didn't get this on film. Footsteps made her turn, and she smiled and waved as one their friends ambled over. She was in on the prank, so they waved her over. Kriss jumped a bit as Ryan stuck his iPod headphone in her ear, then eagerly grabbed it as she heard the song playing. Love this song! Ryan nodded and they stood there talking and listening until the bell rang, sending them scrambling in different directions to their classrooms.
