As you come up from the stairs you see a few workstaions dotted about, each with a few computer screens, files and old cups of tea or coffee still left on the desks. You notice this room also has the blue/cream theme. It's not messy, just a bit unorganised. At the back of the room, there is a staircase that leads up to the third floor.

This is the last floor in the building. This room is split into two sections. One is Archie's, the Leader's office. It's to his stange taste, as he decorated it. He has his desk, computer, and equipment that he needs in his office. He likes to stay in here, it's not nearly as noisy as the floor below.

Torchwood Two is equiped with an Autopsy room. The table is located in the center of this room. The equipment is scattered in an 'organised' mess all over the room. It's clean, but occasionally the equipment doesn't go back into the correct place.

This is where all the alien tech is stored as well as the many files and reports.

This is the area where the team can practice their shooting on the targets; large, wooden targets hang from the ceiling, already filled with bullet holes.

To get here you must climb the stairs on the outside of the building. It's fairly high, so from here you can see the entire city. It's a great place to get away from the stress of working in Torchwood.
