Will wandered down to the archives, pausing at the computer in the corner. The archive's computer held a backup copy of every single torchwood member, every torchwood case and all the aliens and tech they had encountered. Past, Present and occasionally random files that appeared to be from the future.
He clicked search and put in: Captain John Hart
There were lots of results, but only one of them was related to Captain John. The rest were reports written by Captain Jack.
Will slicked the file named: Captain John HArt. It didn't tell him mich:
Captain John Hart: Ex Time Agent. Not to be trusted. Contact Torchwood Cardiff.
Will raised an eyebrow, THis report was a lkittle scathing. 'Not to be trusted' made him sound like some kind of super criminal. But then again, he did mention he had killed someone at Torchwood Cardiff who was still alive.. somehow. Will had heard rumours of Captain Jack being immortal, it mentioned it on his file as well. Will wondered if it was Jack that John had killed, only to have him come back to lifein front of him.
'I guess I hsould "contact Torchwood Cardiff"' thought Will and clicked the phone icone on the screen. This was like a computer telephone, that enabled anybody at the hub to phone any number or comm they wanted. He searched the extensive list of contacts and soon found Torchwood Cardiff Hub. Will pressed dial and clipped on the comms device to his ear so that he could wander around and possibly make notes while he spoke.
OOC: whoever joins would have to be a character that knows about John. =)

Gwen was sta at her computer screen when the little computer call symbol popped up. She clicked on it, and watched as the screen changed. The call was from Torchwood Two. Gwen smiled, hooked up the microphone and spoke into it.
Torchwood Three , Cardiff, can i help?
She had put on that posh phone voice, the one nearly everyone p[ut on when they were not talking to family or friends. Gwen wondered why Torchwood Two were calling, well, she would find out soon enough.

Hi, is that, Gwen Cooper? Will asked, he had the list of workers in Torchwood and knew that there was only one female in the team with a welsh accent. Hi, this is Wil Scott, Torchwood Glasgow. I was wondering if you could help me out, I'm researching a guy called Captain John Hart. all it says on the file is 'contact torchwood Cardiff'.

((ooc: This might be a prefect time to let the two torchwoods know that they are both seeing ghosts! Also I want to bring Owen in? Is that ok with you all? Also later when Strom is fully awake and what not I want to brong her in. She is going to want to see Will after the dream she just had?))

Gwen heard a male voice fill out from the speakers, she listened then thought, John? Captian John. Where the hell is he now? and what has he been up to? Gwen then spoke into the microphone infront of her.
Yes, this is Gwen Cooper. You've been reseaching Captain John Hart and been told to contact us? What would you like to know about him?
This was Torchwood Two she was talking to, so she knew it was a secure line so she knew she could say all that needed to be known about John.

Well, heos here and in the cells but he doesn't seem as dangerous as his case file suggests. I wast thinking that his knowledge would be a valuable thing if he joined here.

Owen was standing behind Gwen. She didn't know about it. Of course not! But he was there. When she answered the phone all oddly like that he almost laughed but then that would ruin this whole thing. How could she not know he was there? He had been standing behind her for a long time now, or maybe it was just long becuase he had to be really quiet and not do anything it didn't matter. When This Will said something about Captain John Hart he almost shouted again. He hated that man.... and who wouldn;t after what he did? Twice even! Then he said that John should JOIN Torchwood would. "JOIN TORCHWOOD! H*** NO!!!" he finally broke and shouted. "Why the h*** would we let that man even in a Torchwood building?"

"Yeah do you know that things that he did to us? A while back he tried to have us all killed just so that he could get some special jewel. He shot me! And pushed Jack off a building and parilized Gwen! He is a bad man! Then More resent he hooked up with the evil Grey and almost caused the end of the world just so Grey could get back at Jack!" Owen said, not paying attention to Gwen, or mentioning that in the end he did try and help them fix it, that seemed not improtant to the Doctor.

Gwen nearly jumped out of her chair when Owen spoke behind her. She hated people standing behind her. She soon settled down and listened to what Owen and Will were saying, but after Owen spoke, Gwen felt she had to interupt.
Owen.. he kinda was a walking bomb at the time, and he did come back to help us even though he could have gone anywhere. He came back and helped. Yes, he did try to kill all of us, and destroy the world, but he was under Gray's control.
Gwen wasn't sure where she stood with all this, yes, John had killed people, but he did come back to help. It was hard to judge what he was like now though, now that he was not under Grey's control.

What about if we keep him here on a kind of probationary job. And if he tries anything funny, we lock him up again? suggested Will. It seemed sensible enough. They could easily chip or tag Johnto make sure he didn't go wandering through time and space again.

Owen shock his head. He didn't like this so much that he had forgotten to laugh when gwen jumped. He said the same angry voice, but quieter. "Gwen the first time he didn't have a bomb on him. He is greedy and can't be trusted, even Jack says that and he knew him from... way back. If we let him in torchwood he will find a way to get what ever he wants! H*** Its what he does."

Gwen had been thinking, she wasn't sure what to do, but she did think that John had changed. She was always one to forgive easier than Owen was. Maybe sometimes she was too forgiving. She had been listening to Will's idea and what Owen was saying. She then chose the words that made the most sense to her and said them.
I like Will's idea, at least he gets a chance.

Any funny business and he'll be back in the cells. Will reassured the others/ He kept calm, even though he disliked the fact that everything torchwood glasgow did had to be run past torchwood cardiff first. 'stupid underground base gets them all the perks..' he thought slightly bitterly.

Owen did not like the way that this was going, but he had no real say. No matter what he would be over rolled, but then there was one more thing that he could say that might get him his way. "Ok.... so Torchwood Cardiff says that we should give him s chance. What does your leader, Strom Skylar say about it?" Not long ago had Jack decided ((really it was Gwen...)) that the one who had been there longest should be the captain. "If you get her approval then, by all means that the B****** join."[/size]

Er, thanks I think. Will wasn't sure hwta Storm would say, but he figured he could persuade her that letting John out was a good idea. THis Owen harper bloke seemed pretty highly strung.
Anyway, erm, bye Gwen. Nice talking to you. he said friendlyly, then added a little more reluctantly bye owen.
Walking back up to the office Will pondered about the phone call. And about the grumpy Owen, there had been rumours that he was some kind of zombie, and, now that Will thought about it - being dead could make one a little cranky. Will just hoped he was wrong about John, and that he hadn't changed from the kinder John Will knew.
