The Lost Time Lords

So I have this site and it is about the time lords after the war. First of all there is still only one true Time Lord but there is a lot of half breeds. Tgis half breeds are from Time Lord and Humans and they can't travel in time and what not but they do have some powers. This people seperate themselves from the world and live on an island. This plot seems not to be atracting people though, as there is only two people on the sight, Kally and Me. So I have decided to change the plot. I want it now to be before the war and the Time Lords are still alive and all. The only thing is I am going to need help. First of all after making the first site, which I believe was done quite well, and then having to do it all over is going to kill me and I don't think I can do it knowing the first on failed and all that work for nothing. Second, and more important, I do love Doctor Who, but I like Torchwood better and because of that I haven't seen every episode (and the ones I have I haven't seen more then once) so I don't know everything about the Doctor (That we are given to know) and the war. I really want to get it right but to do that I am going to need help.

oh and sorry if this is not that clear and what not, I had type the whole thing up ten times better then this and then my compture did something and I lost all that I type and had to do it over....
