The Plot

Terre de Myth is exactly that. A land of myth. Humans have never discovered it, even though it is just off the west coast of France. They can’t see it. It’s shrouded in mist, forever hidden from the prying eyes of humans. Some believe that something is out there, but it’s just a myth, passed down through the generations. Only one species on this earth can see it. The equines.

This island possesses magical powers. Any equine who steps onto it’s shores, is blessed with a gift. Some are more lucky than others. The island seems to give out powers at random. Some are blessed with wings, others with horns. Some find that they can bend the weather to their will, some able to call forth fire from the ground. None are left without a power, though not all realise their powers. All the equines lived in harmony with each other, with just one king and one queen. There was no fighting.

Not until now. A band of rebels has formed. They stay away from the harmonices, as they label them. They hate the idea of co-existing peacefully, for these are the ones who are born with fighting in their blood. They plot to take down the royals and rule themselves, dividing horses into groups based on a number of factors and then making them fight, often to the death. Whilst they are in hiding, the rebels are known to take harmonices as slaves, though not for sex as is the common thought. No, they take them to train them as fighters. If they resist, they are punished. What they do with them after training is up to you. Do they make them join the rebel army, or simply make them fight for entertainment?

But the real question is, what will happen from now on? With the rebels growing ever stronger, a war is on the horizon. Who’s side will you join? The harmonices, striving to keep things the same as they have been for centuries – peaceful, or the rebels, planning on changing the island forever? Only you can decide!
