History Ian lived near Tralee, Ireland until he was fifteen, when his family moved to Edinborough. He lived there until he was twenty-five, giving him a strange accent of S.Irish tinged with Scottish tones. He moved down to Glasgow to study, His mother and sister still live in Edinborough.
Will was picked up by torchwood three months ago. His father died and while in Tralee selling the family's old house he had an interesting relationship with john. after john left him he researched the mysterious man and found out that torchwood were building up a team for torchwood Glasgow. Will, took a job at torchwood and has been there ever since. He loves his work but isn’t obsessed with it.

William yawned widely. It had been a long night. Working alongside his trusted colleague Skyla, they were almost done with the paperwork on their latest case. If there was one thing that Will hated about the job, it was paperwork. Being separated from the main Hub of torchwood meant that everything had to be checked over by the Torchwood Cardiff Staff before the case was considered closed.
“Do you want a coffee?” he asked Skyla, running a hand through his spiked hair. “I am so tired.”
