I was thinking and came up with,
A) The people who I think might take the place of Owen and Tosh
1. Gray?
2. Captain John
3. Martha
4. Rose
5. Rhys
6. Andy
B) Owen and Tosh are not dead because:
1. They can't kill off two main character (Ok they can but then people get sad and don'tant to watch any more)
2. (and more pratical) I was watching, for the first time, the one shown on TV (not internet) and saw the "Behind the Seens" things. The last one none of the actors talking say anything about being sad to see one of their fellow actors go or their character dieing meaning their done. Sure they could have been advised not to do so, but that even shows that either their not sure if the two are going to die, or they want you to keep wondering if they really are dead, or they will being them back at one point in the next season or even maybe the next one after that.

Yeah!!! We could jump on a plan to Cardiff and all help Torchwood! ...Oh but Torchwood 4 is getting really hard to manige to..... I mean it being in my sisters closit makes it hard for there to be more then 2 people working there... me and her... lol  |

I watched the behind the scenes thing...Torchwood Declassified and both Burn and Naoko said they were sad to be leaving the show but they understood that it was something that was necessary as both Tosh and Owen were near their "expiry date" of 35 and RTD said that he wished he didn't have to but for Torchwood to have continued they needed to remind everyone of the very real danger to the TW teams lives...
