Jack listened to Owen explain. A new girl was here, Karnie, or Karnessa Meadows as Gareth said. What was more interesting was what Owen had to say about Gareth. He had an alien inside of him. No doubt the doctor was thinking about the love of his life. The one that was killed by almost the same thing, an alien in her brain. But this seemed a little different, but he was sure that the doctor was taking it hard. Then Gareth fell to the ground and owen explained that it was the alien. Now Jack realized how improtant this was.
He moved quickly and kneeled next to the new member of the team. He watched owen make sure that the kid was ok and he started to think, what was wrong, what had happened. "Owen what did the x-rays look like.... can we take a sample?" He said quickly thinking of all that could be wrong, all that might happen. Something could happen like before and the alien could send off a toxic gas that kills everyone in the room, that would be bad...

Owen finished looking over the man and tried to put him so that he would be confertable. Then he looked at Jack and thought about what he was saying. No doubt the first thing that Jack had though was of his feance(sp). That was truly what he had thought, but he had hidden it with him his new drama, for that one was much harder to take then this. That was when Jack had first meet him, and it seemed that the man had no compation for the first thing he did was offer him a job after he couldn't save his love! But Owen did not think of that, or tried not to, he would truly loss himself. "It looking much like... a dark mass.. but then again it was different then the one in... um... her head... it was more shapy.. it was very obvious that it was an alien. I think that we can take a sample.. but we might want to take more tests.... just in case."

Gareth suddenly stirred and stood up, speaking immediately in a clear calm tone as though nothing had happened. So what we gonna do now guys? If anyone had had any thoughts that the blackouts may affect Gareth then they were quite possibly very wrong as he demeanour didn't seem to change at all. He was just as cheerful and happy as he would have been if he hadn't have just collapsed in the Captain's Office. He looked between the pair.

Owen looked at Garteh quite puzzled. That was sure odd, surely alien. Blacking out but then jumping up as if nothing had happened. Owen looked from Gareth to Jack thinking. As his thoughts raced he started to realize something and turned to Gareth and asked in a hurried voice, "What happens when you black out? Do you remember it? Is it like a dream? Do you fell weak at any point?" he hoped for the best of the answers but he feared that it would not be so. This was turing worse and worse as time pasted.

Gareth looked over at Owen with a shrug. Whoa whoa one question at a time. In order.... Nothing, No, No, and I used to... He looekd nervous at being put into the limelight, showing himself almost to be a scared child as he was when he first started to blackout. I've been examined many times, no-one has ever found the cause of it. I simply got used to it, found ways in which to prevent the sickness and dizzyness. I'm fine....

Owen thought over the answers. This was really not looking good. There was nothing, well then that was a good sign not some take-overy alien then. But then the rest were pointing in a bad direction. He looked down with on more thought then at Jack. His eyes were wide with fear, he truly did fell sorry for the guy. "Jack thid is looking a lot like Taradins.... They seem to just be housing inside in inside of him. But they needed something, enrgy, that's where the black outs come in. When he is blacking out they are taking something from him, and the best geuss for that it engry. He used to feel weak, but now he doesn't, that shows that he... he had some who forced himself as one of them to keep himself alive...." Owen spoke as if Gareth wasn't there. It was better that way. "He should be dead by now...."
